Please review what I am looking for and shoot me an email if this sounds like the right project for you. I am seeking freelancers who I can build a relationship with. I am not looking to hire a company for these ongoing projects.
I own an online wedding company which sells invitations amongst many other products. I also own a graphic design marketing print company. Therefore, all of the graphic design, marketing, seo, website design, etc. has all been completed by myself. Whereas, I wish I had the time to take on the social marketing aspect necessary to take my wedding site to the next level, my plate is rather full.
This is what I am hoping to find in one wonderfully unique & creative individual, however, I do realize this may require 2 separate people (writer & designer):
Someone who understands and maneuvers well in the world of social marketing, ie; blogging, myspace, facebook, squidoo, utube, article writing and submission, press releases, etc.
A creative designer who is familiar with setting up / designing web pages on the above mentioned sites. This person should also be able to implement a professional and slightly edgy layout to incorporate the overall feel of a wedding company keeping in mind the end game is to direct people to the wedding site itself. This of course would include setting up the account with these sites as well.
This creative person who would set up these web pages would need little direction, works fast because they are very familiar with these sites and is absolutely deadline oriented. You know how to extract images from my wedding site to utilize them in these other web pages.
A creative & experienced content / article writer that could fill these pages with wedding related articles, plugging them with links to the main wedding site. This person would create articles on a weekly basis and will come up with unique articles/columns that will draw people?s attention, perhaps even write about celebrity weddings or something of that nature. You are very efficient with your writing skills and once reviewing my wedding site you would need little direction to build articles on an ongoing basis.
The creative writer would also be responsible for going into the blog each week and posting new articles as well as photos of products pulled from my website to direct people to the main wedding site. So you are very familiar with working in the realms of blogs.
The writer is also familiar with blasting articles and press releases to articles sites such as ezine and many others. Once specific articles/press releases are written, you will submit them to these sites as well.
Someone who can build a relationship with me and work on an ongoing basis with a positive, enthusiastic attitude, who truly enjoys their work and prides themselves in meeting deadlines and producing to the best of their ability. Most importantly, you are experienced and talented in what you do and honesty and integrity are at the top of your list.
If this sounds appealing to you, I ask that you email me a copy of your resume along with sample articles and/or myspace, facebook, squidoo, blog sites you have created/designed. I will be reviewing everything I receive through December 15th and will make a decision and get back to you at that point to further discuss.
I realize there are companies I can hire that will create articles in batches for me for as little as $5 an article, however, I am really looking to work with someone who may give it a little more attention and enjoy it a bit more than someone working for a company. I understand the pleasures of being able to work from home.
Pay is negotiable and I always pay promptly.
The design aspect of the web pages on the social sites would be a one-time set-up for the wedding company, however, there may be future work from me in these areas as well.
The content/article writing would be an ongoing work of art for a long time and could also lead to other article writing on other projects as well.
