Looking for experienced bloggers/social networkers
Here’s a juicy opportunity to join a blog network that’s about to launch next month:
We are a new network about to launch sometime in October looking for experienced bloggers and social networkers to fill each position in the following hot topics:
- Celebrities and Entertainment (TV, Movie, Theater)
- Sports
- Music
- Fashion
- Political/Influential LeadersWe are looking for experienced bloggers who will share relevant stories and experiences in the topic that they are passionate about.
What kind of bloggers are we looking for?
- Credible, passionate and knowledgeable bloggers who write witty and engaging content.
- Bloggers who are not only local insiders and influencers themselves but who also have contacts and networks that provide reliable intelligence on category-specific topics
- Bloggers who know the who’s who (ie the most popular celebrities or hottest personalities) in the topic they’re covering. For example, if you are the blogger covering sports topic and you’ve never heard of Rafael Nadal then perhaps this is not the right job for you.
- Bloggers who actively engage within their online communities and promote the content they write.Requirements
- Passion for the topic! This is key for us. You are expected to engage with readers who share the same passion for the topic you’re covering. We expect you to be able to actively engage with them.
- 40 witty and engaging posts per month at 50-70 words for each post
- Encourage the network’s community to share their stories and promote interaction among and between members
- Must have active social networking profiles in Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, YouTube, Flickr, etc
- Must know the techniques to promote content on other sites
- Technically savvy (able to learn and utilize web/publishing tools)
- Bloggers must be located in the US.Payment:
We will negotiate with the blogger on the payment. To give you an idea on the model we are thinking of: First 2 months will be a fee of $10/post per month (negotiable). After which, we will switch to a mixed model of base pay + revenue share + incentives.
