Full Time Blogger [Studio City]

This job requires a full time blogger who will be writing in an established blog:

A Los Angeles based viral marketing agency serving Fortune 500 clients, is currently seeking a proactive, dedicated blogger with excellent writing and marketing skills. Individual will have extensive knowledge of the blogosphere, as well as be a passionate enthusiast who is a team player.

MUST have a personal blog and/or have contributed to another well known blog.

Job Duties include

• Research & write approx 4-8 relevant articles per day
• Blogger Outreach – Reach out to key food and mommy bloggers – create relationships with them and encourage them to write about our blog
• Ability to research, create and promote original and syndicated content for our clients and their services/products
• Engage in marketing practices to actively market the blogs – Story submission, social booking, social networking with bloggers, blog commenting, message boards, etc.
• Build networks on digg.com, teamsugar.com, etc.
• Consistently meet deadlines
• Analyze web traffic; determine what sites viewers are coming from and what sites they are going to after they view our sites

Job Requirements Include

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE BLOGGING ABOUT FOOD AND WOMENS LIFESTYLE
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge with 2+ years writing experience (newspaper, blog, magazine, etc)
• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalist, Communications, Marketing or other related topic
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A desire to work with a leading digital marketing agency
