Are you tied up with that job of yours? Well sometimes, superiors may become impossible and tend to be unreasonable. Even when you are doing your job properly, they will always try to find a loophole to create a caucus.
Apparently this video is what best typifies most old school managers today. Even if you are working your butt out, they just want to bend the rules and turn everything around. Remember that if you try to correct them, they act like monkeys without brains!

* listening to our users and engaging them
