We are a new entertainment website, with a unique “social game” dedicated to fans of all kinds.

Do you “get” today’s teen, college and young adult audience? Do you love to interact with others online? Do you love to write in an engaging way to draw people in? Are you a regular blogger and credible blog “commenter”? Can you handle the pace of a startup? You may be the one we want.

You:
- are an experienced web writer
- have a marketing mindset. can write great headlines and copy
- are highly organized and detail-oriented
- can quickly research and find information across the web
- understand web and youth culture. Frequent multiple social media sites. Actively blog and consume new blogs
- love movies & TV, pop culture, celebrity and related areas that are big with today’s youth and young adult audience

Your responsibilities:
- writing and producing key content for our blog and website, and helping coordinate the work of other writers
- evangelize our site within our online community and at 3rd party affiliate and partner websites
- collect ideas, write copy and oversee production of periodic email newsletters, audience messaging on the site, daily blog articles, online promotions and giveaways
- drive inbound linking to our site from relevant 3rd party sites

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience creating and producing great web content. Ad copy writing experience a plus
- Blogging and blog commenting experience
- Experience actively participating in web forums. Moderation experience a plus
- Natural, contagious enthusiasm
- HTML coding experience a plus
