Responsibilities:

Develop and manage pay-per-click campaigns
Participate in the development of search engine optimization strategies
Execute and analyze A/B split experiments to maximize the conversion rates of our users
Create and execute online promotions to attract new talents and voice seekers and retain current ones
Periodically analyze the results of surveys and propose strategies to improve our service
Write and keep the Voice123 Blog up-to-date
Come up with ideas and write the content of the Voice123 newsletters and press releases
Further develop the Voice123 affiliate program
Interact with members of the voice community via online forums
Develop and maintain close relations with industry coaches
Coordinate the participation of Voice123 in trade shows and conferences
Virtually interact with members of the Voice123 team from all over the world, including offshore locations

Requirements:

1+ years of relevant professional experience
A passion for and extended knowledge of online marketing
A passion for revolutionary technologies
A love for Voice123 and the Voice123 brand
A healthy skepticism with traditional marketing mores
A portfolio of wild, breakthrough ideas that haven’t seen the light of day
A passion for big marketing ideas that have lasting brand impact
Superlative communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Must be self-motivated, articulate, and possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work smart in a fast-paced, energetic, and high-growth environment
Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully
Must have ownership of work and be a proactive thinker
Must be willing to travel and work flexible hours
Proven expertise at creating high buzz/word of mouth/viral marketing preferred, but not required
Proven expertise at highly creative, innovative online marketing techniques preferred, but not required
Experience in the voice over industry preferred, but not required
Located in the New York Metro area preferred, but not required
